agile methodology
Our development methodology is very simple. It is about keeping our clients continously engaged. Clients are considered part of the software development process.
We work closely with them to understand their requirements. We do the architecture, design the software and code it. Clients will see the progress of the work on a regular basis instead of at the end. Because they will see the work as it progresses, some of their changes can be accomodated as the project progresses. This is the agile method of development. It requires flexible design of the software that is capable of changing on a dime.
The end result is not a surprise to the clients as they have not only been following the progress of the project but keenly involved in it. The product is exactly where the clients want it to be in terms of functionality, performance, quality and other performace indicators they expect. This means we are comfortable handing it over and the clients are comfortable taking it over - a win-win for everyone. We will always stand by our software.
